According to The Legatum Prosperity Index, the best indicator for Kazakhstan is education where the country is rated 35th. The economic quality of Kazakhstan is on the 46th place, and the business environment is placed on the 53rd position. Health care takes up 60th position, safety and security indicators are ranked 55th. Kazakhstan has outscored countries like Kyrgyzstan placed 82nd, China rated 90th and Russia rated 101st. Norway, New Zealand and Finland are in the top of the list. At the bottom of the list is Sudan, the 147th position, the Central African Republic on the 148th place and Yemen is located on the 149th.
