Paris to make metro free for a second day
Paris is once again restricting the number of cars travelling in to the French capital as a pollution spike continues, EuroNews reports.
Only vehicles with an odd number registration plate, electric or hybrid cars or ones with three or more people on board will be allowed to drive on Wednesday ( Dec 7).
The rule will not impact emergency vehicles or vehicles used for delivering food or foreign vehicles.
Tuesday saw only even-numbered plates allowed on the roads.
It means public transport will once again be free.
