72-Hour Visa-Free Travel Suspended until July 1

Rules for entering and staying in Kazakhstan for transit travelers have changed to prevent the spread of coronavirus. This concerns the passengers from India and China, transiting at international airports of Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Shymkent, Aktau, Karagandy and Taraz. The Kazakh government has suspended the 72-hour visa-free travel for these transit passengers until July 1.
