Kazakh TV Named as Best Media in Promotion of Tourism
Kazakh TV has been named as the best media in promotion of tourism. The results were summed up by the National Tourism Awards 2019. Ten nominations have been listed in the competition. Big Cities project of Khabar 24 Channel was named as the winner as well.
In total, 114 applications have been submitted from tourism businesses of all regions in Kazakhstan. The competition took place in two stages. In the first stage, leading candidates in each nomination were selected by an expert council consisted of representatives of tourism associations. The second stage includes the selection of the best projects via online public voting.
Kazakh TV National Satellite Channel broadcasts in 118 countries. The channel’s projects are dedicated to tourism and are available in five different languages.
“I’m very proud that our channel was named as the best media in the field of tourism development. Indeed, the channel produces a lot of interesting content that are dedicated to Kazakhstan and Central Asia. We showcase our magnificent landscapes, rivers and lakes.
