CIS observation mission began work
The CIS observation mission began its operations aimed to follow the presidential election in Kazakhstan. The observers were invited by the Kazakh Foreign Ministry.
300 observers will arrive in Kazakhstan to monitor all operations of the Central Election Commission. Chairman of the Central Election Commission Berik Imashev informed the visitors about the stages of the electoral campaign. Latest changes in the Constitutional Law have been announced.

Nearly 90 representatives of the CIS have submitted their application for accreditation. We have officially received requests from four countries, including from Russia, Belarus, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan as well as from the CIS Inter-Parliamentary Assembly.
