Development of domestic tourism is very important. It will take 10 to 20 years to make Kazakhstan attractive for foreign visitors, famous traveller Sapar Iskakov says. Kazakhstan has great potential in this regard. There are picturesque lakes, historical places, ski resorts and the sea.
SAPAR ISKAKOV, TRAVELLER:
- Our President has set a task to develop tourism because tourism is one of the sectors of the economy. EXPO 2017 has given a great impetus to tourism development in Kazakhstan. Foreign expo visitors also go to Burabai, Turkestan, Almaty and learn more about Kazakhstan. However, there is still a lot to do in this sphere.

- We need to demonstrate our country, our culture and hospitality. We can share the last piece of bread with our guests. Not every nation has such characteristics. We should show the tourists what we are proud of.
Experts say that Kazakhstan’s image and revenue depends on the quality of service, roads, and infrastructure. Tourism will prosper if these spheres improve.
