Tleuberdi also stressed that the work on practical implementation of the CICA Catalogue of Confidence Building Measures, as well as the work on the expansion of external relations with other regional organizations and forums will be intensified.

During a ministerial meeting, the foreign ministers unanimously approved the candidacy of Kazakh Ambassador to Austria Kairat Sarybai for the post of Executive Director of the CICA Secretariat.
