Tokayev appoints Abayev to President’s Executive Office
A number of personnel changes were made in Kazakhstan by the decree of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. Thus, today former Kazakh Minister of Information and Social Development Dauren Abayev was appointed as the First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Kazakh President’s Executive Office.
 
To appoint Abayev Dauren Askerbekovich as the First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Kazakh President’s Executive Office,” said in the decree.

Dauren Abayev succeeded Maulen Ashimbayev who was appointed today as the Member of the Senate.
 
Aida Balayeva assumed the position of the Kazakh Minister of Information and Social Development.

To appoint Balayeva Aida Galymovna as the Kazakh Minister of Information and Social Development,” said the other decree.

From July 2019, Aida Balayeva served as the Assistant to the Kazakh President – Head of the Department for control over consideration of references to the Presidential Executive Office.
