Kazakhstan’s President to Pay State Visit to China
On September 11-12, President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will pay his first official visit to China.
The Ambassador of China to Kazakhstan, Zhang Xiao, said that this event will be important for the further development of bilateral relations.
The leadership of Kazakhstan and China will outline new base of interaction and determine priority areas of cooperation for the coming years.
The partners will discuss the international agenda, mention the issue of the development of high-tech partnerships and also pay attention to the cultural and humanitarian component.
“The visit will take place on the eve of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. This date has been timed and chosen on purpose. The visit will be rich in official part. Non-official events such as meetings with Chinese businesspeople and speeches at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences are expected. In one word, the visit will be very important and interesting,” Ambassador said.
