RAKHIM OSHAKBAYEV, DIRECTOR, CENTER FOR APPLIED RESEARCH ‘TALAP’:
- A very important aspect the Head of State spoke about is that the GDP growth is certainly a generally accepted indicator, but it does not at give us the full understanding of the quality of this economic growth. The 2025 strategy focuses on an inclusive economy, on inclusive economic growth. This means the growth that has a much greater impact on the welfare of the citizens, and the strategy highlights the methods of measuring it.
ZHAKSYBEK KULEKEYEV, SCIENTIFIC DIRECTOR, APPLIED ECONOMICS RESEARCH CENTER:
- The strategy focuses on the development of human capital, because we are aware that the future sustainable development of our society depends entirely on education, qualification, potential, and tolerance of our young people.
