A number of presidential powers were delivered to the Parliament and the government. The Kazakh President supports the strategy of gender equality. Gulshara Abdykalikova said Kazakhstan supports the organization's initiatives on combating terrorism.
GULSHARA ABDYKALIKOVA, KAZAKH STATE SECRETARY:
- The OSCE membership is very important for Kazakhstan. In 2010, we chaired the OSCE and raised a number of security issues. This work continues. We are welcoming your proposal on creation of a specialized committee on fighting against terrorism in the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly to turn member countries’ attention to this pressing issue.
