Expo 2017 caravan has visited Germany
Expo caravan has visited Germany. Multifunctional studio was placed at one of the central squares in Berlin and attracted local residents’ attention. Interactive monitors, smart gadgets and a large screen show the main attractions of Kazakhstan. Pavilion visitors wore 3D glasses to make a virtual journey to Astana, exhibition complex and to see how the Expo town looks like. They also were able to buy a ticket for EXPO 2017 and book a hotel.
KAI UWE, VISITOR, GERMANY:
- We are pleased to go to EXPO! We will be staying in Kazakhstan for 10 days. First we plan to visit Almaty, and right after that we will go to Astana. We are planning to spend several days to visit all EXPO pavilions. We are looking forward to this trip!
Germany is actively preparing for the exhibition. The German pavilion will be one of the largest on the territory of the EXPO town. It will present the latest developments in the field of alternative energy, energy-efficient projects and, of course, German electric vehicles. A large delegation of politicians and businessmen will visit Kazakhstan on EXPO days.
JURGEN KLIMKE, MEMBER OF GERMAN BUNDESTAG:
- I will attend the EXPO opening. This event will become a key for the entire innovative world. I'm very happy about that! I think this will give a new impetus to bilateral relations between Kazakhstan and Germany. This exhibition will promote tourism development. The Germans are very fond of traveling, I think that those who have not been to Kazakhstan should visit it.
EDUARD KINSBRUNER, SPOKESPERSON, EASTERN COMMITTEE OF GERMAN ECONOMY:
- A large German delegation will visit Astana in July. A number of joint business projects are planned to be implemented in the future, it is planned to conclude contracts in engineering, chemistry, energy and tourism. Kazakhstan is the number one partner in the region for Germany and our relations are developing dynamically.
Expo caravan will travel further to Poland. The euro tour will end in Helsinki, Finland.
