OBSERVATION DECK OPENS AT TRIUMPHAL ARCH IN ASTANA
Kazakhstan’s capital attracts tourists from all over the world. During the international exhibition, Astana is expected to host two million guests from different cities of the country and the world. They will have unique opportunity to visit the monument "Mangilik El". An observation deck has been opened at the triumphal arch. Busy avenues, expo facilities and sports complexes can be seen from the high of 22 meters. . Several binoculars are available for the convenience of the visitors.

- The observation deck will work from 11 am to 11 pm. Monday will be a day off. We will tell a story full of love to the capital.The capital is 20 years old and it is growing fast and changing in front of our eyes.
In addition, there is a gallery of modern art inside the arch which showcases the works of the Kazakh and foreign artists as well as masters of applied arts. The works tell about the country’s history and reveal the concept of the triumphal arch "Mangilik El".

- Here you can see both the history of the old Akmola, and the history of the modern capital of Kazakhstan, the history of the state. In the exposition you can see our gallery of artsand sculptures. I believe that this exposition which is built together with the national museum, will be of interest to guests and residents of the capital.
The Triumphal Arch "Mangilik El" was opened on the initiative of the Head of State on December 16, 2011 in honor of the 20th anniversary of Kazakhstan’s Independence. The monument has ideal proportions. Three-dimensional bronze sculptures of a wise aksakal, a mother, a medieval batyr and a modern warrior are located in its niches. The copies of Taikazan from the Mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawiare are placed near the monument.
