DISCUSSION OF KAZAKH PRESIDENT’S ADDRESS
Nursultan Nazarbayev offered concrete action plan for the third modernization in his address to nation, German political scientists say. According to Matthias Dornfeldt, Kazakhstan made considerable progress over the two years. Kazakhstan is Central Asian most rapidly developing country both in economic and socio-political spheres.

- The key point in Kazakh President’s address was economic modernization. Rising macroeconomic indicators, digitalization and creating better conditions for educational sphere is the right decision. Teaching some subjects in English, I think, is quite progressive.
Free vocational education proposed by the President Nazarbayev in his address is crucial, Central Asia research Institute’s director Kang Am Phil says. Professor is a citizen of France. He has been reading lectures on Kazakhstan in South Korea and taught in Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The political scientist knows a lot about Kazakhstan.

Professors of the leading Russian universities are considering Kazakhstan’s third Modernization Program as an educational and analytical material. The first vice-rector of the Moscow State Law Academy, Elena Grachyova, noted the particular urgency of the accelerated technological renewal of the economy based on digital innovations, and in particular, the importance of developing "Digital Kazakhstan" program.
