Modernization of public consciousness
The new article of Nursultan Nazarbayev ‘The Course towards Future: Modernization of Public Consciousness’ is being widely discussed. According to representatives of ethno-cultural associations, the article is consistent with the main policies of Kazakhstan.

- This article touches upon many important tasks the implementation of which will let our country become advanced and enter top 30. Our president’s article is consistent with the policy that our state has been implementing since its formation, and it promotes national unity, saying that we should unite all ethnoses and become one nation. We should make our own contribution to the implementation of such programs.
Foreign experts believe that Kazakhstan’s trilingual policy is wise. Indian scientist Punit Gaur noted that speaking several languages becomes the prerequisite of prosperity, and this fact was underlined in the President’s article.

Language faculties at Kazakh universities help developing intercultural communication among young people and nurture national values, head of department of Social and Humanitarian sciences of Justice Academy Tuleugali Burbayev says. According to him, the President’s article is aimed at young people. It calls for alteration of state of mind, becoming more educated, competitive and intelligent.
