The address jointly with the tasks of economic development sets goals for improving the well-being of the population. CHJANG NING, DEPUTY CHIEF OF INSTITUTE, CHINESE ACADEMY OF SOCIAL SCIENCES
- I think every paragraph of the address is of great importance. Tasks are correctly marked. This is an increase in the competitiveness of the country’s economy, formation of Kazakhstan’s brand in the world market and much more. The main task, of course, is the creation of a new model of economic growth. I will say that as an explorer, Kazakhstan has every chance to become one of the 30 developed countries.
Education will be the central link in the period of the third modernization. According to German experts, improving the quality of human capital is one of the key factors for successful development of the state.
HANS-ERICH BILGES, FORMER EDITOR-IN-CHIEF OF BILD
- Most of all, Germany is impressed by Kazakhstan’s intention to hold modernization. I want to stress that the Kazakh President’s address is very informative and demonstrates the foresight and large-scale plans for the future. To enter the 30 most developed countries is a big ambitious goal. I’m more than sure that you are on the right way.
