DISCUSSION OF KAZAKH PRESIDENT’S ADDRESS
Financial sector’s reform and attraction of foreign investments are key aspects of Kazakhstan’s Third Modernization, Ukrainian expert on public administration says.

- The Kazakh President has clearly outlined the key priorities of Kazakhstan’s future development, especially in economic and financial sectors. Kazakhstan can also harness experience of other former Soviet Union countries in anticipating those processes that occur, especially, in the economic and social spheres.
Turkish analysts say that Kazakhstan may become world’s largest producer of agricultural products. Having examined Nursultan Nazarbayev’s address, representative of the Strategic Studies Center at Istanbul University Serdar Yilmaz concluded that Kazakhstan’s agricultural sector can become key economic driver.

- Kazakhstan has all chances to get a direct access to European and Chinese markets. Willing to utilize such advantages, Nursultan Nazarbayev instructed to pay particular attention to diversification of agriculture and deep processing of agricultural products. Farmers receive subsidies and state support from the Kazakh government. Thus, agriculture may become a driver of Kazakhstan’s economy.
