This year we are marking the 25th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and Hungary, but our cooperation is far beyond diplomacy. We have many things in common, including literature. Kazakh literature unit was opened in Hungarian library in Budapest last year. This year, we are planning to open Hungarian unit in Kazakhstan’s National Library.
ILIJA PSALTIROV, AMBASSADOR OF MACEDONIA TO KAZAKHSTAN:
Both Kazakhstan and Macedonia marked the 25th anniversary of Independence. We as Macedonian embassy organized Days of Macedonian Culture together with our Kazakh colleagues. We have already presented 135 volumes of Macedonian literature. We are planning to open a corner devoted to Kazakhstan in the Macedonian National Library.
