The exhibition “One Belt, One Road” is a project of China’s international cultural exchange program implemented in the Silk Road countries. The large-scale event was dedicated to several important anniversaries – the 25th anniversary of Kazakhstan’s independence, establishment of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and China, 3rd anniversary of the “Silk Road Economic Belt” initiative. The exposition features colorful works by famous photographers from 65 countries. The photos depict the local customs, amazing architecture, breathtaking landscapes and the unique traditions.

It shows how golden eagle hunters master their craft, pass the art down from one generation to another. Kazakhs have retained this amazing culture.
The exhibition is underway at the Nazarbayev University - and it’s very symbolic. It is within the university walls in the autumn of 2013, the Chinese President Xi Jinping for the first time put forward the initiative of the joint construction of “Silk Road Economic Belt”.
