Young scientists’ start-up projects receive financial support
There is one step from an idea to its realization, and all this is thanks to the competent support of young and ambitious businessmen. Kazakh Fund "Damu" offers 3 financial tools for entrepreneurs. They are preferential loans, interest rate subsidies and guarantee with a shortage of collateral in the bank for the loan.

In general, the Fund has supported over 2,000 thousand young entrepreneurs namely with the financial tools. As for non-financial tools related to training, giving advice to young entrepreneurs, more than 34,000 young entrepreneurs received training and advice at our business service centers.
Gulnur Tolembai has personally witnessed the fact that young entrepreneurs’ projects receive full support here. Her "Green fuel" start-up project solves several problems, including environmental. She offers to make fuel briquettes from fallen leaves.

Every fifth Kazakhstan citizen is a young person. Therefore, Damu Fund aims to not only to help them to launch their businesses but also to make those businesses to work for the benefit of Kazakhstan’s economy.
This is what 20 young scientists can do. They won the innovative projects contest NURINTECH and received large sum. The battle of wits was organized by Nur Otan party. The jury selected winners in five nominations. Nurzhan Yesmagambetov from Karaganda won the contest’s main prize. He has made the first Kazakhstani dron.

The presidential industrial-innovative development program gave a powerful impetus to the development of high technology and innovation in Kazakhstan. At present, tens of thousands of young people engaged in innovative projects in Kazakhstan. Therefore, the President has specifically established special award for young people.
The contest triggered huge interest among young scientists. Around 1,000 applications have been received. Among them were innovative ideas in ‘green’ energy, chemical industry, biology, industrial development, construction, agriculture, healthcare, robotics, as well as IT.
