Vatican to open its pavilion at EXPO 2017
The participating countries are continuing to prepare for the international exhibition Expo 2017. A particular attention is given to the Vatican. The city-state plans to present its own exposition and advocates holding of a conference as part of the expo with the participation of the representatives of all faiths. Vatican’s pavilion will be named “Energy for the Common Good: Caring for our Common Home.” As the representatives of the Roman Catholic Church in Kazakhstan noted, the pavilion will demonstrate how to utilize and produce energy ethically. Thus, every visitor will be able to make intellectual and spiritual journey to the world where the concept of energy itself is expressed as a gift to humanity. The exposition will focus on rational use of energy, environmental protection, development of peaceful atom and the common responsibility for its utilization.
