Nur Otan party, Astana chamber of entrepreneurs sign memorandum to support business
Astana branch of the Nur Otan party and the Chamber of entrepreneurs of Astana will join forces for the support of business. A Memorandum, which will help to protect the interests of entrepreneurs, to enhance the competitiveness of national business and create of favorable legal and economic conditions for its management was signed on Wednesday. According to the Chamber, there were registered 108,000 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) today.

We are aimed to achieve a 50% share of SMEs in GDP of the country by 2050. In particular, we are going to increase this share from 25% to 30% by 2021. We viewed by the regions, Astana has a million people and, 288,000 people work in SMEs, which is almost 30% of them. By these parameters, Astana leads and takes first place.
