Over 31,000 to be constructed as part of Nurly Zhol program
Almost half a million square meters of housing will be constructed in Kazakhstan over the next two years at the expense of additional funds as part of "Nurly Zhol" program. It is planned to construct 5,400 rental housing apartments. Additional 15,000 will be constructed as part of lending program. And almost 11,000 apartments will be constructed in the commercial sector. Individual housing construction is being developed as well. Today, it takes 50% share in the total construction volume. 24 billion tenge is planned to be allocated from state budget for this purpose.
