Senate committee discusses CSTO agreement on military cargo transportation
CSTO countries keep developing military cooperation. Senate Committee discussed the agreement on cooperation of the member states in the field of transportation of military units and military cargo. According to the document, transportation may be carried out in joint operations, military exercises, emergency response, as well as in the supply of products in the interest of the CSTO. In this case, the parties will have to coordinate their actions beforehand.

This agreement regulates the transportation issues, transit of goods through the territory of the CSTO member states. It refers to the transportation of staff, ie members of the armed forces, as well as goods, military goods to the places of command, military exercises, peacekeeping operations, location or place of temporary locations.
