OSCE PA: early elections to give new impetus for reforms
OSCE representatives see new opportunities for the further modernization of Kazakhstan in early elections. According to them, snap parliamentary elections will yield greater dynamics to implementation of all the planned reforms the country.

If the decision of the Parliament is to dissolve Parliament and also the President to dissolve Parliament they probably would have good reasons. So I can’t tell you whether this is good or not good. But important thing is that there are fair elections and if they have good ideas for modernization.
