100,627 coronavirus patients recover in Kazakhstan
12 patients were reported to have recovered from coronavirus in the last 24 hours, their number in Kazakhstan increased to 100,627.
According to the official data from Kazakh Health Ministry, 52 more COVID-19 cases were registered in the country in the last 24 hours. The highest number of new infections over the past day, which is 11, was recorded both in East Kazakhstan region and Atyrau region, followed by West Kazakhstan region with six new coronavirus cases. Five more positive COVID-19 cases were recorded in Karagandy region and five in North Kazakhstan region in the last 24 hours, one in Nur-Sultan, three in Akmola region, two in Aktobe region, four in Almaty region, three in Kostanai region and one in Pavlodar region.
To date, there are 106,855 COVID-19 cases in Kazakhstan, including 13,943 in Nur-Sultan, 14,322 in Almaty, 5,183 in Shymkent, 3,444 in Akmola region, 3,230 in Aktobe region, 4,937 in Almaty region, 11,006 in Atyrau region, 8,405 in East Kazakhstan region, 4,107 in Zhambyl region, 6,815 in West Kazakhstan region, 10,193 in Karagandy region, 3,449 in Kostanai region, 3,233 in Kyzylorda region, 3,337 in Mangystau region, 3,877 in Pavlodar region, 4,018 in North Kazakhstan region and 3,356 in Turkistan region.
In addition, 77 more pneumonia cases with COVID-19 symptoms and seven deaths were registered in Kazakhstan in the last 24 hours. 30 patients were reported to have recovered from pneumonia with coronavirus symptoms in the last day. A total of 29,658 such cases, 328 fatalities and 6,853 recoveries have been reported in the country since August 1.
