COVID-19 cases in Kazakhstan exceed 42,000

According to Kazakh Health Ministry, 1,509 more coronavirus cases have been registered in the country over the past 24 hours, including 287 in Atyrau region, 195 in Almaty and 112 in West Kazakhstan region.

The total number of infected people reached 42,574, including 5,523 (+81) in Nur-Sultan, 5,696 (+195) in Almaty, 3,194 (+43) in Shymkent, 1,298 (+52) in Akmola region, 1,574 (+63) in Aktobe region, 2,207 (+111) in Almaty region, 4,420 (+287) in Atyrau region, 1,628 (+111) in East Kazakhstan region, 1,468 (+45) in Zhambyl region, 2,885 (+112) in West Kazakhstan region, 4,936 (+97) in Karagandy region, 945 (+11) in Kostanai region, 1,317 (+105) in Kyzylorda region, 1,217 (+83) in Mangystau region, 1,198 (+59) in Pavlodar region, 1,323 (+28) in North Kazakhstan region and 1,745 (+26) in Turkistan region.

13,845 patients recovered from coronavirus in Kazakhstan.
