COVID-19 cases in Kazakhstan approach 14,000

314 more cases of coronavirus have been registered in Kazakhstan over the past day, the biggest number of which was reported in Karagandy region with 52 cases, Nur-Sultan with 50, Aktobe region with 48 and Almaty with 48. This was stated by Kazakh Ministry of Health. The infection spread is 2.3 percent.

The total number of the infected amounted to 13,872, including 2,620(+50) in Nur-Sultan, 3,005(+48) in Almaty, 1,051(+29) in Shymkent, 186(+2) in Akmola region, 492(+48) in Aktobe region, 490(+20) in Almaty region, 1,246(+14) in Atyrau region, 224(+9) in East Kazakhstan region, 467(+5) in Zhambyl region, 893(+15) in West Kazakhstan region, 1,342(+52) in Karagandy region, 210(+1) in Kostanai region, 484 in Kyzylorda region, 368(+11) in Mangystau region, 298(+2) in Pavlodar region, 76(+4) in North Kazakhstan region and 420(+4) in Turkistan region.

630 more asymptomatic carriers of coronavirus who are not involved in the overall statistics were confirmed in the last day, bringing the total number of them to 3,159.

248 patients were discharged from hospitals. The number of recovered people grew to 8,593. 67 died.
