Coronavirus cases in Kazakhstan reach 1,949
97 more cases of coronavirus were registered in Kazakhstan, including 62 in Almaty, six in Karagandy region, five in Turkistan region, four in Kostanai region, four in Zhambyl region, four in West Kazakhstan region, four in Nur-Sultan, three in East Kazakhstan region, two in Shymkent, two in Kyzylorda region and one in Mangystau region.
To date, Kazakhstan reported a total of 1,949 COVID-19 cases. Almaty has the biggest number of 668 cases, followed by Nur-Sultan with 390 cases. There are 151 coronavirus cases in Kyzylorda region, 99 in Karagandy region, 92 in Shymkent, 82 in Akmola region, 80 in Atyrau region, 68 in West Kazakhstan region, 65 in Zhambyl region, 65 in Turkistan region, 50 in Almaty region, 33 in Pavlodar region, 30 in North Kazakhstan region, 27 in Aktobe region, 25 in Kostanai region, 13 in Mangystau region, and 11 in East Kazakhstan region. 447 people recovered; 19 died.
