eGov Mobile App Offers Online Diagnostic Test for Coronavirus
The eGov Mobile application in Kazakhstan has launched a new service for online self-diagnosing for COVID-19. People can check whether they have the coronavirus symptoms by responding to the questionnaire on the mobile application before going to the hospital.

The main page of the mobile application provides the section with the questionnaire for the COVID-19 symptoms, which is available in Kazakh, Russian and English. Users will be asked to give a simple yes/no answer to 12 questions and to fill out the additional information field. All of the completed questionnaires will be sent to the Kazakh Health Ministry.

In addition, the mobile application offers the ‘FAQ about COVID-19’ section that provides answers to the most popular questions related to the dangerous virus and the ‘COVID-19 map’ service for people to track the spread of coronavirus in Kazakhstan. The map displays the latest and accurate information on the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the country, as well as who those patients have previously had a contact with – all of these services are available in real time.
