Israeli physicians train special services to provide first aid
Kazakhstan citizens will be able to provide first aid, Israeli experts believe. As known, this country is threatened by risks of terrorist attacks and war conflicts. Israeli physicians arrived at the training center of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan to exchange their experience with the Kazakhstan citizens. Intelligence agencies of all states are preparing to repel terrorist attacks and are training their staff to provide first aid. 90% of the wounded in the clashes, terrorist attacks or emergencies die before being taken to the hospitals.
Kairbek TYULYUSHEV, DEPUTY HEAD OF ARYSTAN SERVICE, KAZAKH NATIONAL SECURITY COMMITTEE:
Injuries can be sustained on a daily, regular basis as well. These may be accidents, car crashes and people should know basics of first aid.
