International exhibition devoted to the Future Energy has reached its goal
Participants and visitors of EXPO 2017 are talking about the results of the large-scale event. They believe that the specialized international exhibition devoted to the Future Energy has reached its goal, presenting the latest trends in the field of "green" technologies to the world.
XUN LEE, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, SCO EXPO PAVILION:
- I think that EXPO was held in the best traditions of hospitality of the developed countries, and showed the qualities inherent to strong states. Kazakhstan has demonstrated its desire to develop green technologies. I think that the world saw what Kazakhstan really is, and learned more about its spiritual values. I visited many places of the world; Astana is one of those cities that left good impressions. Astana seems to border with the sky. It feels like you can reach the clouds with your arms outstretched.
General Manager of the South Korean company Che Jun Hoe noted that EXPO 2017 created an opportunity for cultural and technological exchange between Kazakhstan and South Korea. His contractor organization was engaged in the construction of Qatar expo pavilion. During his stay in Astana, Che Jun Hoe visited all the pavilions and was impressed by Astana EXPO 2017. According to him, visitors enjoyed the comfortable conditions at the expo town.
CHE JUN HOE, GENERAL MANAGER, SOUTH KOREAN COMPANY:
- Exhibition guides were very young, energetic and positive. In my opinion, in comparison with other EXPO, it let visitors learn more about the pavilions. I was impressed by the "Sphere". This grandiose construction became a screen showing the "Future Energy". Astana residents were welcoming and friendly; it was easy and pleasant to communicate to them.
Professional and smooth work of the organizers of the EXPO 2017 closing ceremony ensured its success, Ukrainian TV viewers highlighted. Although the TV screen could not show the full scale and colorfulness of the event, the audience still appreciated it.
TATYANA SPRUN, KIEV RESIDENT, UKRAINE:
- I was impressed by the scale, brightness, and a large number of guests attending the closing ceremony. There were more than 20 heads of state, as far as I know. The organizing committee fulfilled an incredibly difficult task, since it was necessary to organize the work with more than 115 countries, to ensure a cohesive work, provide security - everything was at the highest level.
