EXPO 2017: INTERNATIONAL SCALE
EXPO 2017 is an international project. The exhibition will positively affect Kazakhstan’s image and its economy. This opinion was voiced by former CEO for Air Astana Lloyd Paxton. The former head of Air Astana visited the national pavilion of Kazakhstan. He highlighted the first level of the Nur Alem pavilion which is dedicated to the country’s nature, history and culture. Moreover, he noted the exposition of solar and wind energies.
LLOYD PAXTON, FORMER CEO, AIR ASTANA:
- I think president Nazarbayev always had a vision for the country this vision for the expo is one of the most impressive.
British tourists spoke highly of the EXPO 2017 in Astana. The expo is very exciting due to the richness of its thematic and cultural program, they noted.
FRANCESCA BENTIVEGNA, TOURIST, UK:
- I went to expo 17 three times: two times for visit and once for dinner, very good Italian restaurant by the way. My impression is very good. For me it was kind of continuation in many ways because as you remember last expo two years ago was in Milan and then in Astana fantastic expo, the energy theme is incredibly well-developed.
