Nur-Sultan Hosted Harmony of Forms and Pictures Exhibition

A collection of unique souvenirs once presented to Nursultan Nazarbayev was presented at an exhibition in the Museum of the First President in the capital.

The exposition included decorative plates and dishes made of porcelain, ceramics, glasses, metals, stones and wood. The diplomatic gifts differ in texture and came in a variety of forms, decor and manufacturing techniques.

Experts highlighted that the presented art objects reflect the multi-vector foreign policy of Kazakhstan, as well as symbolize the dialogue of cultures that contribute to the development and reinforcement of international relations.

The exhibition was organized as part of the Museum Collection research program which will last until the end of this year.

“Beautiful artistic works by masters from Turkey, Russia, Belarus, Japan, Indonesia, and Vietnam have been presented. Beautiful examples of Venetian glass as well as exquisite works of art made of porcelain and glass can be found. Each exhibit is an invaluable gift because it shows the level of respect and trust that our First President possesses in the eyes of his colleagues who are leaders of other countries,” said Deputy Director of Library of First President of Kazakhstan, Kulyaisha Aktayeva.
