Kazakhstan’s Nature Garnered Foreign Cinematographers’ Interest
Kazakhstan can become a promising destination for world film tourism.
Producers and actors were inspired by the unique beauty of the country. They like the Charyn Canyon of the Almaty region. They admire the Sherkala Mountain, underground mosques, the Valley of Balls, the Kogez ethno village and the rocky track in Mangystau.
Filmmakers were shooting during the trips. They plan to edit the video into a motion picture. It will become a sort of business card for potential partners in Hollywood.
“Something very magical happened in this steppe. I think the entire experience so far was quite magical from visiting Nur-Sultan to Almaty. Your amazing region is full of beauty and spirit,” said UK Producer, Simona Roman.
