AIBOLAT SEKSEMBAYEV, HEAD, KAZAKH MUSIC DRAMA THEATER:
- Nowadays a lot of people visit the theater, the audience is rather wide. Spectators are very sophisticated and refined. If you present a poor quality work on a stage, the audience will simply not come. You cannot fool the spectators. In order to meet their wishes, we have to constantly change the repertoire.
Theater mirrors the society. At all times this high art brought joy to the people. The first theatre was established in Kazakhstan back in 1926. Today there are 54 theaters throughout the country.
SYRYM KASHKABAYEV, HONORED ART FIGURE OF KAZAKHSTAN:
- If you once fall in love with the theater, it will last forever. Theater brings aesthetic pleasure. Each performer doesn’t work just salary, but they use their creativity and vision to uplift the spectators.
