EXPOSITION OF NICHOLAS ROERICH MUSEUM HEADS TO ASTANA
The guests and residents of Astana will have an opportunity to touch the eternal and to enjoy the beauty. The exhibition "In Search of Shambhala: masterpieces from the Nicholas Roerich Museum in New York City is heading to the Kazakh capital. As part of Astana EXPO 2017 the National Museum of Kazakhstan will host the exposition. The collection contains the most significant canvases of distinct peculiar coloring and versatility. All of the guests can see 37 unique works of an outstanding artist, philosopher and traveler which includ famous oriental landscapes and Central Asian plots.

- By sending these pictures to Kazakhstan, we sort of send a piece of that beauty which Nicholas Roerich tried to convey in his pictures particularly, he was thinking of the future, peace for the whole world, mutual understanding between nations, the space and earth harmony.
The first unique exhibition in Kazakhstan has become possible owing to the cooperation between the Ministry of Culture and Sports of Kazakhstan and the Nicholas Roerich Museum in New York City as well as partners like the Russian American Foundation and the TondoArt Company.
