Over 900 Kazakh-German enterprises operate in Kazakhstan
Germany is among the leading trading partners of Kazakhstan in the European Union.
In the first four months of this year, the volume of trade between the countries amounted to US$450 million.
The European country supplies industrial equipment, electrical goods, automobiles, and medicines to Kazakhstan.
Meanwhile, Kazakhstan exports metals, raw materials and ferroalloys. Over 900 enterprises with the participation of German capital are successfully operating in the republic.
Over the past 10 years, German companies have invested about US$5 billion in the Kazakh economy.
Investments are very important for the country to develop the economy and move forward. In addition, new jobs are emerging. It is also directly related to the transfer of technologies that come with investments.
Stability and favorable investment climate make the country attractive for foreign business. European partners note that both small and medium enterprises and large companies are interested in developing business in Kazakhstan.
Regional Director of Eastern Committee of German Economy, Eduard Kinsbruner thinks that the investment climate in Kazakhstan is favorable.
