Belarussian military equipment is to be manufactured in Kazakhstan

Belarus and Kazakhstan have agreed to build a military equipment production facility in Kazakhstan following the documents signed at the 9th International MILEX 2019 exhibition.

The equipment that is planned to be produced includes radio detection devices and electro-optical products. 

Kazakhstan is known to make in demand and high-quality armored vehicles. The machines were developed based on the latest technologies which allow to manufacture armor with enhanced mine protection. 

Experts said that the country has about 30 enterprises of the military-industrial complex. 

Meanwhile, the MILEX 2019, which was held in Minsk, was attended by participants from 35 countries. More than 160 state and private companies presented their developments at the event.
