Akmola Region to Export Its Products to United Arab Emirates
The Akmola region will start exporting their products to the United Arab Emirates after signing a bilateral cooperation agreement with the Middle Eastern country.
Director of Chamber of Entrepreneurs in Akmola region, Timur Nakhypbekov said the UAE has shown great interest in Kazakh-made flour, wheat as well as meat and milk.
He also said a trade mission office will be opened in the UEA soon to develop trade relations between the country and Kazakhstan.
“At the moment, the Akmola region covers 100% of its needs for eggs. So there is a possibility to export some 250 million to 300 million eggs to the UAE. There is also an opportunity to export meat products,” Nakhypbekov said.
