Kazakhstan increased its trade activities with members of EAEU
Kazakhstan has increased its trade activities with member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). Based on the Kazakh Ministry of National Economy report, trade between EAEU member states has increased by 6% and reached nearly 9 billion Tenge since the beginning of the year. Exports of products totaled US$2.8 billion in the first half of the year while imports are estimated at over US$6 million. Russia makes up the share of the main trade volume, which is 92%. Kyrgyzstan, Belarus and Armenia are also active economic partners of Kazakhstan.
