Kazakhstan is most innovative country in South and Central Asia
According to today.kz with reference to the report ‘Global Innovation Index 2016’ prepared under the auspices of the World Intellectual Property Organization, Kazakhstan took the 75th place in the ranking of innovative countries in the world. Kazakhstan showed the second result among Central and South Asian countries. The first was India, but the global ranking it was only 66th. The third in the region was Iran. World leaders in the field of innovation were recognized Switzerland, Sweden, UK, USA, Finland and Singapore. China for the first time in 9 years entered in the top 25 with middle income rate. Russia took the 43rd place. The ranking included 128 countries.
