Investments in Kazakhstan’s housing construction grow for several consecutive years

Volume of investments in residential construction is growing for the third consecutive year. During 2015, it increased to 719.2 billion tenge.  According to the analytical portal ranking.kz, residential investment rose to 40.7 thousand tenge per capita. The annual growth was 15.5%. Negative dynamics was recorded only in three regions, including Astana. However, Astana continues to be a leader in terms of investment in housing construction per capita. The share of individual housing construction has grown considerably in 2015. More than 43% was invested by the population, which is higher than last year's figure by 7%. The inflow of investments from public and foreign funds declined compared to last year.
