Kazakhstan Central Bank intends to lower inflation rate to 6-8% in 2016
The National Bank of Kazakhstan set the task to return to the established inflation rate of 6-8% in 2016. This was announced during an Internet conference by the chairman of the National Bank Daniyar Akishev. The regulator noted that currently there are no preconditions for the introduction of any restrictions on currency operations. According to the chief banker of the country, it is advisable to save the existing liberal foreign exchange regime to "ensure favorable conditions for foreign investors and enterprises in the country.
