About 5000 delegates will take part in AEF 2018
Kazakhstan’s capital is at the center of world attention again. Astana will host the economic forum from May 17 to 19 which will gather well-known politicians, economists and scientists from different countries. Around 5,000 delegates are expected to attend the forum, including American experts. The experts noted the agenda’s up to date topic in the forthcoming forum. This year, the Astana Economic Forum will be transformed into the Global Challenges Summit, where the new format will address global issues. According to international analysts, the focus should be on the main G-Global info communication platform, which is gaining more supporters around the world.

- G-Global is doing a wonderful job in bringing together public sector and private sector. It is very important that the NGO community, public and private sectors work together. We have the Silk Road Initiative and how G-Global brings together all different sectors and new ideas and technology are developing. I as an American want to get more involved in this development program.
A total of 500 speakers from more than 20 countries will give talks at the Global Challenges Summit 2018. Over 6,000 people applied to take part in the forum on the official website of the Astana Economic Forum. This year, the web page has been rebranded. The website contains information not only about participants, partners and the forum agenda, but also about recent research on different topics. The official website of the forum are viewed by about 26,000 users daily. The web developers are planning to post expert opinions on the website.

Since 2008, more than 50,000 delegates from 150 states have participated in the AEF. This year, discussions of leading experts in the Global Challenges Summit will be available online. The forum can be accessed on the official website, social networks, YouTube and mobile applications.
