The economy of the education

Currently about one billion of adults throughout the world are illiterate and only each tenth has some education. Moreover, this figure is annually increasing by 1.5%, specialists say. Since recently, students aged over 30 have become a usual thing for many universities in different parts of the world. For example, more than 30 thousand people between the ages of 50 and 75 are now studying in 60 higher education institutions of Germany. Since the last year universities of Poland opened their doors for students over forty. In CIS countries the number of people aged between 25 and 35 who wish to get a degree is also constantly growing. The main reason for that is profession change.
