Medeu. The very ice rink that will become the place of more than 200 world records, where the Asian Games, Universiade, and international competitions like Asia Dauisy and Star of Asia will be held. Many believed that Medeu was named by analogy with Dynamo or Torpedo. There was another version: it was believed that after the revolution, a kumys treatment facility was supposed to be opened there, but instead, a «Local Recreation Centre» was built, which abbreviated as «M.D.O» in Russian, and hence - Medeu. But this theory was incorrect. You will learn more about this in the Flashback release.
