How chocolate and caramel candies are made?

Today we are going to the one of the largest pastry factories of Kazakhstan. Over 300 types of confectioneries are produced here. But we decided to show you a process of production of classic chocolate with milky layer.

Statistically, every citizen of Europe at average consumes 32 kg of confectionaries per year. In Kazakhstan, this indicator is much lower, its 12 kg of sweets per year. Most of all, Kazakhstan sweet tooth prefer cakes, classic chocolate and caramel hard candies. Hard candies are the most popular for tea-time.
