European Central Bank is closely monitoring the financial markets and is in close contact with other central banks after the announcement of Brexit referendum results, media reports. ECB is ready to provide additional liquidity, if needed, in euro and foreign currencies. Also, the regulator is ready to discuss the emerging issues in close cooperation with regional central banks. Eurozone banking system is stable in terms of equity and liquidity. ECB will continue performing its duties on ensuring price stability and financial stability in Eurozone.
