Civilians and the rebels began leaving the Syrian city Darayya. People are being transported by buses and trucks. The UN and Red Crescent participate in evacuation. The agreement on the evacuation was reached between the government and the rebels a few days ago. According to local media, four to eight thousand people are now in the village. Civilians will be accommodated in refugee camps. Darayya was surrounded by Syrian troops in 2012. Civilians stayed in the city despite the airstrikes and food shortages.
